About Rise & Ready

Rise & Ready is built for women 40 and beyond who feel overlooked, are starting again, or are preparing for a new opportunity in their careers, ministry, or personal lives.

Our purpose is to help you recognize your strengths, clarify your goals, and build a practical plan to move forward. The Positioned for Promotion Action Kit brings together an e-book, reflection workbook, 30-day action planner, and audio companion.

We believe your experience is something to build on—not something to leave behind. These self-guided resources support preparation and reflection; they do not promise a promotion or a particular outcome.
